You may notice our logo has a tree firmly planted in the middle… Our team used artificial intelligence to research what was important to ordinary Australians when it came to property and why so many people have used property as a vehicle to build wealth. Interestingly, AI kept responding with tree metaphors. Things like planting the seed, growth, branching out, and harvest. So the tree with its strength and purpose became our logo, and that tree has a lot of meaning that relates directly to YOU and your property investment journey.
STEP 1. PLANT THE SEED
The first step on your journey is to join our movement by signing up as a member with your name and email address. That way, you will be kept up to date with all investment property seminars and other exciting developments. You must be a member to be able to continue your journey…
STEP 2. PUT DOWN YOUR ROOTS
Book a paid advisory session with one of our expert property advisors. We will take the time to understand your needs, goals, and ambitions. We will use your inputs to make a ‘Property Investment Blueprint’ (PIB). The plan will consider your personal financial situation and design a structure that will allow you to move to the next step of obtaining finance.
STEP 3. GROW THE TRUNK OF YOUR TREE
The third step in your journey is finance. It’s important you understand that your real estate investment journey is really a finance journey with property attached. Our finance brokers will review your PIB and offer the appropriate mortgage finance.
STEP 4. BRANCH OUT
The fourth step is finding the right property for you. If we can’t find the right property in our “real estate warehouse,” we will engage a buyer’s Agent to find the investment. You may also BYOP – Bring Your Own Property!
STEP 5. COUNT THE LEAVES
The fifth step is to meet with our expert accounting and tax team and advise you on the best investment property planning strategy so that you can maximise the tax effectiveness of your property investment.

STEP 6. HARVEST (IF YOU MUST)
Finally, as the value of your property investment increases, you may want to refinance or even sell to realise equity.
