What We Are Looking For (The Ask)
We are seeking a Capital Partner to contribute $350,000 AUD to cover:
Construction commencement costs.
Holding costs (interest/rates) during the build.
Civil works for the subdivision.
Projected Returns
Total Development Value (TDV): $2.3M+
Projected Net Profit: $380,000 – $420,000
Proposed Split: 50/50 split of net profits (negotiable based on capital timing).
