We are seeking a Capital Partner to contribute $350,000 AUD to cover:

  1. Construction commencement costs.

  2. Holding costs (interest/rates) during the build.

  3. Civil works for the subdivision.

Projected Returns

  • Total Development Value (TDV): $2.3M+

  • Projected Net Profit: $380,000 – $420,000

  • Proposed Split: 50/50 split of net profits (negotiable based on capital timing).
